Benthem Crouwel Architects가 설계하였으며 네델란드 Zaanstad에 위치하고 있다. Wilo는 네델란드의 펌프 제작 회사로 이 건물의 모습에 영감을 주었다. 사각형태이며 알미늄 파사드와 멋진 경사의 켄틸레버가 물 위에 떠 있는 모습이다. Westzanerpolder 지역의 Hoogtij 비지니스 지역의 첫 건물이다.
